The bartender said no problem .A half hour later bartender came back and apologize said the manager won't allow this . I cancel my order and the manger came over to apologize. I ask him why he was apologize when it was his decision that didn't allow me to get my salad. He said back I guess I'm not sorry and walk away . Not everyone likes their beef rare and scallops med rare. My wife ordered the Thai Beef and Scallop dish, looks delish. She doesn't eat rare or med rare seafood.
